FM Center Modules

FM Center is a module based software solution that could be adapted to different business models and strategies. It is consisted of ten modules with different functions. Each module is able to work separately and to interact with the other modules.

Property structure is the main module of FM Center. Its data is used in all other modules of the system. FM Center allows entering unlimited amount of property in a tree-view structure, where the property elements and the connections between them could be described. It’s important to enter as much data as we have in this module, in order to extract more useful information from the system in the future.

The system gives the possibility for attaching an unlimited number of documents to each element. These could be plans, technical drawings, notary deeds, pictures, visualizations, etc. FM Center has a built-in viewer supporting the most common formats, including vector information.
  • Detailed description and tree-view visualization of the property structure and its elements
  • Definition of specific characteristics of each element - built-up area, height, volume, etc.
  • Possibility to attach unlimited number of documents of any type to each element
  • Built-in image viewer supporting all popular graphic formats and providing "hot spots" definition and navigation
With Module Contracts the system can automatically generate contracts in Word format. Module “Contracts” is used for managing the information about all contracts and relations with the customers, whether it’s about renting, service or support contracts.
FM Center can automatically generate new contracts or draft contracts in Word format. It’s done on the base of preliminary created and approved contract templates. In this way, the system assists its users to quickly generate draft contracts, which can be used also as offers. Meanwhile, it’s guaranteed that all system generated contracts are precisely consistent with the corporate interests and conditions, approved by the management department and the lawyers.

FM Center covers all processes, related to the contracts’ annual indexation, which consists the following:
  • Working simultaneously with several indexes (defining index groups)
  • Associating of contracts with index groups
  • Setting a primary date for indexation of each contract
  • Automatic annual indexation and creating annexes for indexation of each contract
  • A full history tracking of the indexations and the collected amounts of indexations by years
One of the important functionalities of FM Center is the possibility for tracking events, related to the contracts. When signing a contract, the system automatically generates in the calendar events, related to dates and terms of the contract.
